Shipping & Delivery Policy

How digital access to Knight is delivered after payment.

1. Digital product only

Knight is a digital software-as-a-service product operated by KNIGHT-TECH AI PRIVATE LIMITED. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. No shipping charges

There are no shipping fees, courier charges, or delivery costs because no physical item is dispatched.

3. How access is delivered

After successful payment confirmation through Razorpay, subscription access is activated digitally on your registered Knight account. Activation usually happens instantly or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.

Delivery is provided only through login to the Knight website or app. UPI payments are supported. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. If access is not activated

If your payment succeeded but access was not activated, contact support with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID or order ID. We will investigate and restore access where appropriate.
