How digital access to Knight is delivered.

1. Digital product only

Knight is a digital software-as-a-service product operated by KNIGHT-TECH AI PRIVATE LIMITED. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. No shipping charges

There are no shipping fees, courier charges, or delivery costs because no physical item is dispatched.

3. How access is delivered

Access is switched on digitally for each user listed under an institutional licence, on their registered Knight account, once the licence is in place. Anyone can also create an account and use the free trial straight away.

Delivery is provided only through login to the Knight website.

4. If access is not activated

If you are covered by your institution's licence but your account does not have access, contact support with your registered email address and the name of your institution. We will check the licence and switch access on.
