Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Knight, a digital SaaS subscription operated by KNIGHT-TECH AI PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Digital subscription
Knight is a digital software-as-a-service subscription. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges. Access is delivered digitally to your account after successful payment.
The standard subscription price is ₹399 per month.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal or access according to the in-product subscription flow or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the timing of your request and the billing cycle shown in your account or payment confirmation.
3. Refund approach
Because access to digital features begins after successful payment, refunds are generally not provided once access, credits, or plan features have been used.
A refund may be considered only in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same billing period
- Failed payment where money was debited but subscription access was not granted
- A verified technical issue that prevented access despite successful payment
- Accidental overcharge confirmed by our records
4. How to request a refund
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date. Please email support with your registered email address, Razorpay payment ID or order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment partner. Bank and payment network timelines may apply.
5. Referral rewards
If you participate in our referral program, a referrer may receive a ₹100 reward, credit, or cashback after a referred user completes a successful paid subscription payment.
The referred user pays the normal ₹399 subscription price. Referral rewards are not payable if the referred payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, chargebacked, or found fraudulent or abusive.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. UPI payments are supported.
